Fran has owned and operated her own businesses since her twenties. She’s encountered all types of staff issues in each and every one of them. When she furthered here knowledge and education at University and beyond, she discovered her talent for designing programs. Her brainchild is the Core Communications Skills Program, a 2-day live training program, and this was followed by the Peak Performance Coach, a face to face 5-day training program.
Beth and Fran began working together in 2008, and found they are an awesome Team!
